By accessing or using PitchPicks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

PitchPicks publishes football match analysis and predictions for informational purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or financial advisor. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or guarantee outcomes.

No guarantees. Tips and predictions reflect our analysis at the time of publication. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You alone are responsible for any betting decisions you make.

3. Accounts

  • You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • One account per person. Don't share or sell access.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & payments

  • Premium tiers (VIP, VVIP) are paid subscriptions for fixed durations.
  • Payments are processed by Flutterwave; we don't store card details.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once tips have been delivered, except where required by law. Contact us if you believe an exception applies.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Republish, scrape, or redistribute our tips without written permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's security or operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchPicks is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service or any betting decisions you make based on information published here.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction noted on our contact page. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
